The Banks Intercooler System dramatically improves charge-air cooling compared to the factory non-intercooled setup. Cooler, denser intake air helps improve combustion efficiency and supports lower intake air temperatures under load.

KC Billet CHRA Replacement with S300 Turbine Wheel

This upgraded billet CHRA with an S300 turbine wheel improves turbo efficiency, airflow, and durability over a worn factory center section. The more efficient turbocharger can move more air while supporting improved spool-up and helping manage EGTs.

Important: This component requires advanced mechanical knowledge to install. If you are not experienced rebuilding turbochargers, we do not recommend selecting this option.

High-Flow Turbo Exhaust Flange

Designed to improve exhaust flow leaving the turbocharger by reducing restriction, helping the turbo operate more efficiently. This flange gets rid of the non-ebpv flap that comes stock on these trucks reducing back pressure and exhaust flow restriction. 

S&B Cold Air Intake

The S&B Cold Air Intake increases airflow while maintaining excellent filtration, allowing the turbocharger to breathe easier than the restrictive factory intake. This intake will also lower intake air temps improving EGT's. 

Odawg Bellowed Up-Pipes

These upgraded bellowed up-pipes improve exhaust flow to the turbocharger while eliminating common factory leak points, improving both reliability and turbo response.

MBRP 4-Inch Turbo-Back Exhaust

The MBRP 4-inch turbo-back exhaust replaces the restrictive factory exhaust system—including the factory "cobra" downpipe—to reduce exhaust backpressure and improve overall exhaust flow.
