Full Force Diesel injectors give your engine the fuel-delivery capacity needed to make more horsepower with the right airflow and tuning. This matched set of eight remanufactured injectors also replaces worn injector internals with new nozzles, plunger-and-barrel assemblies and seals. When worn injectors are the cause, replacement can restore consistent fueling and running quality while giving you the opportunity to upgrade.
The smaller stages suit working trucks and everyday use. Larger hybrids support much higher power, but need a coordinated turbo, fuel, high-pressure oil and transmission plan. Choose for the truck you are building and the load you tow.
What do the two injector numbers mean?
In 180cc/30%, 180cc identifies the injector's rated fuel capacity and 30% identifies an oversized nozzle relative to stock. A 30% nozzle does not mean a 30% horsepower gain. More capacity makes more fuel available; the nozzle affects how quickly it can be delivered. The tune controls how much is actually used. Hybrid injectors use a larger plunger-and-barrel design to move more fuel per stroke.
Choose your injector size
The guide below explains the applications and tradeoffs across the sizes in our selector. Published power figures are Full Force Diesel's advertised capabilities for appropriately equipped, custom-tuned combinations. They are not guaranteed results or added horsepower unless explicitly stated.
Stage 1 — stock-size nozzles for everyday work
- 160cc/0%: the smaller-capacity Stage 1 choice for a mild upgrade with a stock-size nozzle. A sensible starting point when towing and familiar daily-driving behavior matter more than peak output.
- 180cc/0%: adds fuel capacity while retaining the stock-size nozzle. Suits daily driving and towing when you want a modest power increase without moving to a large-nozzle setup.
FFD identifies Stage 1 as compatible with a healthy stock turbo and fuel system. Correct single-shot tuning is required, and the transmission must be capable of handling the commanded torque.
Stage 1.5 — 180cc/30% for a stronger tow and daily setup
180cc/30%: the larger nozzle adds delivery capability beyond Stage 1 while retaining a towing-oriented combination. FFD advertises up to 140 hp over an otherwise stock truck with the required tuning, subject to configuration and condition. This is the injector size used in our 7.3 Tow Package.
Stage 2 — more performance from 180cc capacity
- 180cc/80%: the smaller Stage 2 nozzle choice, offering a balance of street performance and towing with suitable airflow upgrades.
- 180cc/100%: the larger nozzle choice for a more performance-focused 180cc setup. It needs an appropriate turbo and calibration to use the faster fuel delivery effectively.
Both have larger nozzles than Stage 1.5. Plan the airflow upgrade and custom tuning together to manage smoke and exhaust temperature, especially before boost builds.
205cc hybrids — additional fuel capacity for a mixed-use build
- 205cc/30%: favors lower-smoke delivery for daily use and appropriately configured towing, with less peak potential than the larger 205cc nozzles.
- 205cc/80%: a stronger street combination; FFD describes similar peak power to the 100% nozzle with somewhat less smoke.
- 205cc/100%: the larger nozzle option for a performance-focused 205cc build with matched airflow and tuning.
FFD describes approximately 180–200 hp gains for supported 205cc combinations. Its hybrid design helps manage high-pressure oil demand, but the actual HPOP must still maintain pressure under load. Plan turbo and transmission support for the power requested.
238cc hybrids — around 500 rear-wheel-hp capability
- 238cc/80%: a street-performance option that FFD describes as offering similar power to 100% with lower smoke.
- 238cc/100%: the larger nozzle choice for a coordinated high-output street build.
FFD advertises up to approximately 500 rear-wheel hp with a suitable combination. Budget for upgraded airflow, fuel supply and transmission support. Light or moderate towing requires a setup and tune selected for that use.
250cc hybrids — more fuel for a high-output street truck
- 250cc/100%: the smaller nozzle option, favoring somewhat less smoke and peak output than the 200% version.
- 250cc/200%: prioritizes faster fuel delivery for a more aggressive performance combination.
FFD advertises up to approximately 525 rear-wheel hp for the 250cc family. Upgraded turbo, fuel system and transmission support are part of the plan; verify high-pressure oil performance instead of assuming the stock pump is adequate.
275cc/200% — a substantial step into high-power builds
275cc/200%: intended for a high-output combination with a complete turbo upgrade, sufficient fuel supply, custom tuning and a transmission prepared for the torque. FFD advertises approximately 650 rear-wheel-hp capability with the required supporting setup. Choose this around a defined power goal and build plan.
300cc hybrids — high-power builds with more nozzle choices
- 300cc/200%: the smallest nozzle offered here in the 300cc family, for a high-power combination whose tuner specifies this delivery rate.
- 300cc/300%: a larger-flow nozzle choice for a more aggressive combination.
- 300cc/400%: the largest nozzle offered in this family, for a carefully developed high-output setup.
FFD describes the 300cc family in the 600-plus rear-wheel-hp range. Turbo sizing, oil and fuel supply, engine strength and transmission capacity must match the intended output. Have your tuner approve the nozzle choice.
350cc hybrids — additional capacity for a developed performance engine
- 350cc/200%: combines 350cc capacity with the smallest nozzle offered in this family.
- 350cc/300%: increases nozzle flow for a combination that needs faster fuel delivery.
- 350cc/400%: the largest nozzle option here, aimed at builds with the airflow and calibration to use it.
FFD advertises approximately 650-plus rear-wheel-hp capability for this family. These are substantial performance combinations; choose the nozzle with your engine builder and tuner rather than assuming the largest choice makes the best daily driver.
400cc hybrids — competition applications
- 400cc/300%: competition-level capacity with the smaller nozzle offered in this family.
- 400cc/400%: maximum capacity and nozzle flow among the options on this page, for a dedicated competition build.
FFD positions the 400cc family for competition and advertises approximately 700-plus rear-wheel-hp capability with extensive supporting modifications. This is not a routine tow-rig injector choice.
Build the combination, then choose the tune
All selections require compatible single-shot tuning. Higher-output choices also need enough turbo airflow, fuel pressure and high-pressure oil delivery, plus an engine and transmission prepared for the intended torque. Share your turbo, HPOP, transmission, injector target and towing use so we can help match the complete setup. The ordering, tuning and core choices are explained below.
Choose the injectors, tuning and core option together
A matched set of eight Full Force Diesel remanufactured injectors for the listed 1994.5–2003 7.3L Powerstroke applications. Select the exact injector size and nozzle percentage for your build.
- Tuning: choose “Jellibuilt Tunes” to include the selected tuning option, or “Buying Tunes Seperate” if you are arranging compatible tunes separately.
- Hardware: compatible single-shot tuning and tuning hardware are required. A physical Hydra chip is not listed as included in these injector/tune choices; see Hydra hardware.
- Cores: complete “Select Core Charge.” The live selector controls the charge and distinguishes “Send In Core (Refundable)” from “Keep Cores.”
- Return timing: the listed core-return window is 30 days from purchase. Get the return instructions before shipping your old injectors.
Questions before you order
Does every injector size work with my stock turbo and fuel system?
No. Stage 1 guidance does not apply to every larger injector in the selector. Match injector capacity and nozzle size to your turbo, oil/fuel supply, transmission and intended use. Share those details if you need help choosing.
What does the refundable core option mean?
You pay the charge shown for that choice and return eligible cores under the core program. “Keep Cores” is for retaining your old injectors. Request the correct return address and eligibility instructions with your order number; keep your shipping receipt and tracking.
How do I get my Jelibuilt files matched to my truck?
Reply to your order confirmation with the selected injectors, PCM strategy, chip type/serial number, transmission, turbo, other modifications and requested tune types. Missing information can delay tuning.
How long does a core refund take?
Carrier delivery is followed by the recipient’s core check. Contact us with your order number and return tracking for the status; no refund date is guaranteed before eligibility and receipt are confirmed.
What warranty is listed?
The listing includes Full Force Diesel’s 18-month unlimited-mileage injector warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Keep your purchase and installation records.
When will my order ship?
Availability and preparation time depend on the selected part, finish and configuration. Expedited shipping is the carrier service after dispatch; it does not shorten a build or supplier lead time. If you have an installation deadline, Call (979) 575-0024 to check the selected item before ordering.
