Custom Jelibuilt Hydra files match the calibration to your truck's injectors, turbo, transmission and intended use. The result is a setup built around the way your truck delivers fuel and air, whether your priority is towing response, everyday drivability or additional horsepower.
Why custom tuning matters
Larger injectors change how much fuel the engine can deliver. A generic stock-injector tune cannot account for every injector size and nozzle combination. Setup-specific calibration controls that added fueling so the engine can use the available airflow instead of simply adding fuel it cannot burn effectively.
- Upgraded-injector trucks: get the single-shot calibration matched to your exact injector specification.
- Tow rigs and daily drivers: choose files suited to controlled power delivery and the job you use the truck for.
- Performance builds: use the additional fuel and airflow capacity of your parts with a coordinated tune.
Choose the available three- or six-tune package and provide your complete modification list. Power depends on the hardware, engine condition and selected calibration; the tune package does not give every truck the same horsepower increase.

Already have a PHP Hydra? Choose 3 Tunes or 6 Tunes for your 1994.5–2003 7.3L Powerstroke. These are digital Jelibuilt calibration files delivered by email; this listing does not include a chip, selector or cables.
- Need the hardware? Shop the PHP Hydra chip.
- Send your setup: order number, truck year, transmission, PCM strategy/hex code, Hydra serial number, injector size/nozzle percentage, turbo and other modifications. Include the tune types you want and your towing use.
- Delivery: the listed turnaround is 2–3 business days. Missing vehicle or chip details can delay completion; files are emailed, not shipped.
- Loading: a compatible Hydra and Windows computer running HydraFlash are required.
Questions before you order
How do I send my truck details?
Reply to your order confirmation with the setup information above. If you cannot locate a PCM strategy or Hydra serial number, Call (979) 575-0024 before guessing. The files must match the truck and chip.
What kinds of tunes can I request?
Available tune types include high idle, moderate/light tow, heavy tow, daily driver, sport and race. Choose the purchased number of tunes and describe how you use the truck; suitability depends on the configuration.
Can I use these with upgraded injectors?
Custom files must match the exact injector size and nozzle percentage. Include those details and all supporting modifications in your request; do not load a file intended for a different injector setup.
How do I load the emailed files?
Use HydraFlash to transfer the supplied files onto your Hydra. Start at the official PHP downloads page. If the files have not arrived, check spam and reply to your order confirmation so we can check whether any setup details are missing.
