- Legacy (Original): the original remanufactured series with new nozzles, plunger-and-barrel assemblies and seals. Manufacturer warranty: 18 months.
- Evolution (New Solenoids): the remanufactured series upgraded with new solenoids. Manufacturer warranty: 24 months.
- Apexx (100% New): an all-new injector assembly. Manufacturer warranty: 36 months.
Warranty coverage is subject to Full Force Diesel's terms. Select the series with your other options; the displayed price includes the selected series upgrade. Core requirements still apply.
Upgrade pricing: Legacy is included in the existing package price. Evolution adds $400.00 per package; Apexx adds $2,111.03 per package. The package's injector size remains 180cc/30%.

This package combines the KC300x Stage 1 turbo, Full Force Diesel 180cc/30% injectors and PHP Hydra programming hardware. It addresses the factory truck's limited power by upgrading the parts that work together to make it: airflow, fuel delivery and calibration.
Why the combination matters
- KC300x Stage 1 turbo: adds airflow to support the injector upgrade and a responsive working-truck setup.
- 180cc/30% injectors: increase fuel-delivery capability with a size intended for towing and everyday driving.
- Hydra: provides the platform for the compatible injector-specific calibration that coordinates those parts.
The package is intended to bring a healthy, correctly supported 7.3 into the low-400-hp range, with stronger acceleration and usable pulling power. Actual output depends on calibration, engine condition and supporting equipment. Use a towing tune matched to the load; a peak-power setting is not automatically the right towing setting.
Check fuel pressure, high-pressure oil supply, boost/exhaust leaks and transmission condition before installation. Up-pipes and pedestal upgrades may be useful while the turbo is out. More engine power does not change the truck's rated towing capacity.
Build the tow package for your 7.3L
The base package combines a KC300x Stage 1 turbo, Full Force Stage 1.5 180cc/30% injectors and a PHP Hydra performance chip for the listed 1994.5–2003 7.3L Powerstroke applications.
- Choose the correct generation: OBS, Early 1999 or Late 1999–2003. These use different turbo versions.
- Banks intercooler option: the add-on is for 1994–1997 trucks only. Choose “No” for Early 1999 and Late 1999–2003 trucks.
- Before installation: confirm the injector-matched tuning arrangement and core-return requirements for your package.
- Supporting parts: inspect the existing transmission, fuel system and high-pressure oil system; worn components need attention before adding power.
Questions before you order
Which turbo comes with my year selection?
OBS receives the OBS KC300x Stage 1; Early 1999 receives the E99 KC300x G3 Stage 1; Late 1999–2003 receives the L99–03 KC300x G3 Stage 1. If the truck has been converted, confirm the installed configuration before choosing.
Do I need to buy another Hydra chip?
The listed base package includes a PHP Hydra chip. Do not add a second chip unless you specifically need another unit. Injector-matched files are required; confirm the package’s tune setup before installation.
Will it increase my truck’s rated towing capacity?
No. Power upgrades do not change the vehicle’s rated towing or payload limits. Performance depends on condition, calibration, load and supporting parts; maintaining any particular road speed or horsepower is not guaranteed.
When will my order ship?

Why did only part of my order arrive?
