Race Performance Package – 2003–2007 5.9L Cummins (Common Rail)
This is our all-out Race Performance Package for 2003–2007 common-rail Cummins trucks. Built for maximum airflow and fueling, this setup is intended for competition use and high-horsepower builds—not daily driving or towing. If you’re chasing big numbers, this is the package.

Estimated Power Potential (With Proper Supporting Mods)
Power varies heavily by tuning, fuel quality, and engine setup, but this level of air + fuel is commonly capable of:
• ~850–1,200+ WHP potential on a properly built truck
• Higher is possible with additional supporting mods and tuning, but reliability becomes build-dependent.
This is not a “bolt-on and send it” package. The supporting parts determine whether it survives.
REQUIRED Supporting Modifications (Read This)
A built bottom end and built transmission are REQUIRED.
This package is capable of power levels that can quickly destroy a stock engine/transmission.
At minimum, plan for:
• Built bottom end (forged internals recommended)
• Built transmission (and appropriate converter/clutch setup)
• Head studs + fire ring / gasket strategy
• Valve springs + pushrods (high boost/high RPM)
• Upgraded lift pump plumbing / filtration strategy beyond basic needs depending on goals
• Proper fuel pressure, boost, EGT, and rail pressure monitoring
• Custom tuning required
