The Pusher Intake System replaces the factory intake manifold, plastic cold-side charge tube and upper intake/filter assembly with a coordinated airflow system. It is designed to improve air delivery to the cylinder heads and support the turbo's airflow, particularly when the truck's fueling and turbo setup have been upgraded.
What changes and why it matters
- Manifold and charge tube: mandrel-bent steel tubing and a short, efficient routing improve the flow path; the metal cold-side tube replaces an original plastic component that can become a weak point.
- Balanced air delivery: the manifold is designed to distribute air to both cylinder heads.
- Cold-air arrangement: the aluminum upper filter box works with the factory lower box and grille ducting, retaining a supply of outside air.
- Serviceable filtration: the washable 45CAL filter and viewing window make filter inspection and maintenance easier.
For the right combination, improved airflow supports turbo response and exhaust-temperature control. Power results depend on the turbo, fueling and calibration. This system suits a compatible performance build that needs an upgraded intake path.

Off-road use only. This intake system is not emissions compliant and is not compatible with factory emissions equipment. For the listed 2011–2019 F-250/F-350 6.7L Powerstroke applications with a compatible turbo configuration.
- Base system: intake manifold, cold-side charge tube, upper intake/filter-box assembly and Pusher 45CAL filter.
- Included installation parts: silicone connections, clamps, gaskets, hardware and CCV reroute kit.
- Optional add-ons: coolant reroute system and hot-side pipe are separate Yes/No selections. They are not automatically included in the base system.
- Turbo compatibility: the specification lists 2015+ factory turbos and most fixed-geometry upgrades. A 2011–2014 model year alone does not confirm compatibility with its original turbo.
Questions before you order
Does choosing a powder-coat color add the coolant reroute or hot-side pipe?
No. Finish, coolant reroute and hot-side pipe are separate selections. Review each choice and the configured price.
Will it work with my upgraded turbo?
Confirm the turbo model and piping arrangement. “Most fixed-geometry upgrades” is not a guarantee for every conversion. Call (979) 575-0024 with your truck year and exact turbo before ordering an uncertain combination.
Where can I get installation help or filter-care instructions?
If instructions are missing, contact us with your order number and the kit part number before starting. For the washable filter, use Pusher’s filter-care guide.
Does this include a replacement lower air box?
The system uses an aluminum upper box with the factory lower filter box and grille ducting. The base system is not a replacement for every factory air-box component.
When will my order ship?

Why did only part of my order arrive?
