Replace the factory plastic cold-side tube with a heavy-duty steel charge pipe. Pusher's 3-inch assembly carries cooled, pressurized air from the intercooler to the engine, replacing the original tube and throttle valve with a welded metal assembly.
Fitment: 2011–2016 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 with the 6.7L Powerstroke. Throttle valve replacement version: not compatible with factory emissions-equipped vehicles. Manufacturer designates this part for race/off-road use only.

- Mandrel-bent 3-inch steel tubing with TIG-welded construction.
- Machined intake-air-temperature sensor provision and two standard auxiliary 1/8-inch NPT ports.
- Matching throttle valve replacement with an OEM Ford O-ring seal.
- Heavy-duty silicone connections and stainless T-bolt clamps.
- Made in the USA.

Choose uncoated or a powder-coated finish, then select no additional ports, two extra ports, or four extra ports. Photos show finish examples.
Lead time: Pusher lists an additional 2–3 weeks for uncoated tubes or added ports. Uncoated tubes must be coated before installation.
