This Old Body Style fuel system is essentially “electric fuel” for 1994-1997 7.3L PowerStroke diesel trucks. This kit takes no short cuts on delivering the most complete setup on the market. From our seamless integration at the selector valve, to the billet adapter we use to tie into the factory rear feed lines - this kit is second to none! You will not have to remove the OEM turbo to install this kit! We are CONSTANTLY making changes to this kit to improve the installation, reliability and performance. Two pump options.

Walbro GSL392 that will handle up to 250cc/100% injectors. If you have trouble keeping fuel pressure with larger injectors, it is usually due to the selector valve or clogged pick up tubes. We sell kits to fix that! Most performance.

Bosch 69136 that will handle up to 180cc/30% injectors – be sure to test at wide open throttle. Most reliability.

New as of 3/14/24 - Dual billet aluminum filter bases with a removable stainless steel filter nipple and port size improvements to reduce size, weight and number of fittings needed! Flow is unaffected! Arrows milled into the bases point towards engine. Built in vacuum and pressure ports. Heating elements coming in the future.

18” overall installed width, which means that the ONLY truck that REQUIRES you to mount this kit on the outside of the frame rail is a regular cab 4x4.

New as of 3/14/24 - A pair of stainless steel, laser cut brackets with stainless steel hardware. This bracket system was designed to mount the kit on either the inside or outside of the frame. The parking brake cable is unobstructed by install and with the extreme adjust ability of these brackets – the bottoms of the short filters will not hang lower than the frame!

Color coded selector valve fittings that allow you to seamlessly integrate our fuel system onto the factory selector valve. Avoid using the OEM lines which can sometimes be rusty or broken.

All ORB/JIC/Banjo connections for leak free operation/easy installation. There are no NPT fittings used in our kit to avoid port cracking issues.

Complete fuel bowl delete, replaces all factory fuel system lines except the rear of head lines. If you would like to replace these lines we sell them separately.

Complete regulated return featuring a FueLab 3 port regulator.

T4 turbo kits require optional T4 mod bag. You can order this modification at the same time (free exchange) or at a later date.

Feeds the rear of the heads through the factory lines. YOU DO NOT NEED TO REMOVE THE TURBO!

Complete parker 801 push-lok hose. All kits include enough hose to fit a crew cab!

Turbo compressor discharge O-ring and new banjo washers included for leak free operation.

Walbro GSL392 – These pumps pack an incredible performance punch in a tiny package. Easily supplying 250cc/100% injectors in MANY of our customer and personal trucks. While they are not warrant-able for use with diesel, we include a FREE replacement with every kit. Yes, the Walbro is more sensitive to pre-pump issues but it’s performance capacity far exceeds the Bosch’s. Regardless, we have an extremely low failure rate and we also offer discounted “plug and play” replacement pumps (with connector installed), that will be more affordable than any local box store. You will not have any warranty concerns, only pre pump issues to address if you have multiple failures on the same truck. Each Walbro is also tested before it leaves Marty’s Diesel. You will NEVER receive a “DOA” pump.

This pump works well in our testing up to 180cc injectors where fuel pressure starts to drop at wide open throttle. IF you get a T4 mod bag and it’s time to install fittings into the heads, be EXTREMELY careful when installing the NPT fittings. They are to be installed as tight as you can by hand and then ONLY tightened 1.5-3 more turns. I would HIGHLY recommend making sure the ports are clean and free of debris. Marty’s diesel is NOT responsible in any way if you crack the head from improper installation.
