The KC Jetfire upgrades the airflow side of your 2011–2019 6.7L Powerstroke. Its turbine, high-flow vane cage, ported compressor cover and Gen 3 compressor wheel are designed to move more air while reducing exhaust drive pressure. That gives a matched setup quicker boost response, stronger midrange pull and more top-end capability.
- For towing: KC describes lower exhaust gas temperatures under sustained load and retains factory exhaust-brake functionality.
- For performance: KC advertises 650–700 hp capability with supporting modifications, including the fueling and calibration needed to reach that level. That figure describes total build capability, not horsepower added by the turbo alone.
- For sound: Whistler and Non-Whistler versions offer the same stated performance, with a different sound character.
This suits owners upgrading a healthy truck or replacing a worn factory turbo while planning additional power. Updated tuning is required. Earlier trucks need the correct retrofit or pedestal parts; check the year-specific installation requirements below.
Match the pedestal option to your truck
The 2011–2019 KC Jetfire uses different installation arrangements by year and chassis. Complete “Your Trucks Pedestal Style,” powder coating and sound selections before adding to cart.
- 2011–2014 F-250/F-350/F-450 pickups: require the Warlock installation kit.
- 2011–2016 cab-and-chassis: require the cab-and-chassis Warlock installation arrangement.
- 2015–2016 pickups: require the 2017–2019 pedestal installation kit.
- 2017–2019 pickups and cab-and-chassis: use the stock pedestal.
- Included: installation pedestal gasket, filter and VGT solenoid. The selected year option determines the installation package and any added cost.

The listed configurations have the same performance; choose for the sound you prefer.
Why does the price change when I choose the year?
Earlier applications need additional installation parts. The live pedestal selector shows any added charge. Use the configured cart total when comparing packages.
Are tuning and supporting modifications included?
No custom tuning is included in this turbo listing. You are responsible for any calibration changes your specific configuration requires. Advertised power capability depends on supporting modifications and is not a guaranteed result.
What if my truck has already been converted?
Choose based on the pedestal and turbo arrangement now installed, not just the model year. Call (979) 575-0024 with your conversion details before selecting the kit.
When will my order ship?
