  ARP Head Studs and Chromoly Pushrods are included in all 6.0 long block engines and are a must-have upgrade for your 03 - 10 Ford or Navistar International 6.0L Powerstroke Engine. These extra heavy duty studs are rated at 220,000 psi tensile strength and provide the clamping force required to keep your 6.0L Power Strokes cylinder heads from lifting due to higher combustion pressure (meaning you won’t have the typical 6.0 head gasket issues). The ARP 250-4202 is our most popular head stud for your Ford 6.0L Power Stroke diesel and we use them in all of our engine packages. ARP 2000 Material - 220,000 psi tensile strength. We also have Custom Age 625+ Material - 260,000 psi tensile strength - Part # 250-4205 Available upon request. 

     The factory pushrods in your 6.0 Powerstroke are designed for factory Boost levels and are known to cause valvetrain issues. Safeguard your engine with J&K's upgraded pushrods at no additional charge! These are a revised length pushrod built from superior materials and thicker walls for increased rigidity. By increasing the diameter of the tubing from the stock 11/32 to 3/8, the load is spread over a larger surface area without causing the pushrods to bind with the port of the cylinder head. This larger diameter pushrod will provide almost 50% more loading capacity than the stock 11/32 diameter. These Pushrods are created from Hard-drawn 4130/4135 seamless chromoly tubing, the highest quality available from mills, and initially formulated for aerospace/aircraft use. This is a high-quality pushrod that provides approximately 170,000 psi tensile strength.

     Ask us about our stage 2 camshaft. This is the number one upgrade for all 6.0 & 6.4L engines. The stage 2 cam is designed to take advantage of the lost opportunities the factory cam didn't seize and solve the valvetrain issue of dropping lifters. This New Billet is a straight drop-in camshaft with no modifications needed. Stage 2 offers smoother idle, quicker spool up, lower egt's, and better torque and horsepower. Customers usually see a significant fuel economy improvement as well. This camshaft was designed with durability in mind and is meant for your standard work truck, to people hauling loads daily, to your weekend warrior. This is a new camshaft BILLET and has been heat treated 5 X deeper than stock.
