ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
Cummins inline-6 engines are notorious for cracking their long, one-piece cast-iron manifolds, a problem that still affects many RAM trucks. BD Diesel’s exhaust manifold solves this with a thick-wall casting and slip-joint center section, allowing natural expansion and contraction to greatly reduce the risk of cracks.
Its divided Pulse Manifold design optimizes exhaust flow by harnessing the engine’s natural exhaust pulses for smoother operation and drivability. Fully emissions-compliant, the manifold also comes pre-drilled with an EGT probe port for easy monitoring.
Whether your truck is stock or modified, this is the perfect upgrade for reliability and durability. Available as a standalone manifold (PN:1045969) or as a complete installation kit including new bolts, spacers, and gaskets.
