The Ram-Air is an extensively tested and validated cold-air intake system designed to inhale cooler denser outside air. Its unique design features a fully enclosed and sealed housing to keep out hot power-robbing engine air. This allows the engine to run cooler and cleaner, while improving power, fuel economy, while reducing EGTs!
Its giant filter flows more freely than the factory's highly dense paper filter, and the aerodynamic internal shape eliminates restrictions to improve air flow by 26%!
The filter is reusable and easy to install or access for monitoring and cleaning. By comparison, the stock filter is difficult to access, not reusable, and when dirty the whole expensive unit has to be replaced. Unit is triple validated before the name Banks is stamped on. We test, the other guys don't. That's the Banks difference!
