What the components do

• Oil supply and injection pressure: the Melling low-pressure oil pump, Adrenaline HPOP, Alliant IPR valve and ICP sensor support the oil supply, pressure control and feedback the injectors need. Worn parts or leaks in this system can contribute to hard starting and weak performance.
• Oil sealing: the Riffraff HPOP cover and oil-cooler reseal kit address their respective sealing points.
• Fuel supply: the FASS No-Drop fuel system adds a lift pump and filtration to support consistent fuel delivery. Its no-drop installation arrangement avoids removing the fuel tank.
• Starting and injector electronics: the cam sensor, IDM, valve-cover gaskets with wiring harness, Motorcraft glow plugs and glow-plug relay address aging signal, injector-control and cold-start components.
• Exhaust and turbo hardware: bellowed up-pipes, ceramic exhaust manifold kit, non-EBPV pedestal and high-flow exhaust flange replace the selected factory components. Repairing exhaust leaks before the turbo helps recover the exhaust energy it needs to build boost.
• Exhaust pressure feedback: the EBP sensor replaces the sensor used to report exhaust back pressure.

Core charges and optional injectors

The complete package's published price includes a $500 core charge for the HPOP and IDM, refundable when those cores are returned under the applicable return requirements. Selecting stock replacement injectors adds an additional $600 injector core charge. If you remove a core-bearing component, confirm the remaining core charge with PSC. Contact us for the correct return instructions before shipping cores.

Will this add horsepower or fix a no-start?

Its primary purpose is to restore reliable operation and address the selected weak or worn parts. Correcting inadequate oil pressure, fuel supply or exhaust leaks can recover lost performance, but the package has no promised horsepower gain. A no-start can have several causes; diagnosis helps you select the right components. Labor and tuning are not listed as included parts.
