7.3L Powerstroke Ultimate Reliability Package (1994-1997)

Built for the 1994–1997 7.3L Powerstroke, this configurable package combines oil-system, fuel, starting, wiring and exhaust components. It targets the worn parts and leaks that can cause hard starts, inconsistent running and lost performance on an aging OBS truck.

Choose the parts your truck needs

Start with Complete Package – Remove Parts You Already Have, then remove components you do not need. The displayed price adjusts to your choices. Stock replacement injectors have a separate Yes/No selection; a replacement turbo is not listed in the base package.

Fuel-system configuration matters: the selectable setup includes Marty’s E-Fuel kit plus a single-tank conversion and sump. This changes the original fuel-system arrangement. If you want to retain dual-tank operation or your truck already has a conversion, contact us before selecting those parts.

What is offered, and why it matters

• Injection oil supply: Melling LPOP, Adrenaline HPOP, Alliant IPR valve and ICP sensor support oil supply, injection-pressure regulation and pressure feedback.
• Oil sealing: the Riffraff HPOP cover and oil-cooler reseal kit address leaks at those assemblies.
• Fuel delivery: Marty’s E-Fuel kit, with the selected single-tank conversion and sump, updates the fuel-supply arrangement supporting the injectors.
• Electrical and cold starting: the cam sensor, IDM, Motorcraft glow plugs and valve-cover gaskets with wiring harness address aging injector-control, signal and glow-plug connections. The vacuum pump replaces the truck's selected vacuum-system component.
• Air and exhaust: Riffraff intake boots, ODAWG bellowed up-pipes, ceramic exhaust manifold kit, non-EBPV pedestal and high-flow exhaust flange replace the selected factory hardware. Sealing intake and exhaust leaks helps recover boost response and usable performance.
• Exhaust pressure sensing: the EBP sensor restores the selected pressure-sensing component.

Understand the core charges

The complete package's published price includes a $500 HPOP/IDM core charge, refundable when those cores are returned under the applicable requirements. Optional stock replacement injectors add an additional $600 core charge. If you remove a core-bearing part, confirm the remaining core charge with PSC. Ask for return instructions before mailing cores.

Power, installation and delivery

This is a reliability and restoration package, with no fixed horsepower gain promised. Replacing a failed or restricted component can recover lost performance; diagnosis is still needed to identify the cause of a starting or running problem. Confirm compatibility with any existing turbo, fuel or wiring modifications before installation.
