Address your 6.7L's fuel, cooling and airflow weak points

This configurable 2011–2026 6.7L Powerstroke reliability package lets you select upgrades and replacement parts around your truck's year and condition. The available choices cover CP4 replacement, fuel supply, charge-air piping, cooling, seals and sensors. The objective is dependable operation and support for your existing build.

Start with your year, then choose your parts

1. Select 2011–2014, 2015–2016, 2017–2019, 2020–2022 or 2023–2026.
2. Review the parts shown for that year under Uncheck What You Don't Need. Remove components you already have or do not need.
3. Check the selected list and configured price before adding to cart. The year groups have different contents; the photo and list below do not mean every component is included for every truck.

What the available upgrades do

• DCR pump conversion: replaces the factory CP4 high-pressure fuel pump with a different pump design. It addresses that component choice; it does not make the entire fuel system immune to contamination or failure.
• FASS fuel system and Fleece engine-mounted filter assembly: upgrade fuel supply and filtration. The 600–900 HP label belongs to the FASS option's application rating; buying this package does not make the truck produce that horsepower.
• Turbo and charge-air hardware: the early-truck 2015+ Garrett retrofit option replaces the original turbo arrangement. S&B cold-side piping and the HS upper intake manifold replace the selected factory air-path components. Availability varies by year.
• Cooling: Pusher coolant reroute, S&B upper radiator hose, Alliant thermostat and the year-specific turbo coolant-feed-line option address the corresponding coolant routing, hose and temperature-control components.
• Seals and crankcase maintenance: MAHLE valve-cover gaskets, vacuum-pump gasket and crankcase filter address their respective sealing or ventilation service points. Some year groups also offer an upper oil-pan reseal kit and rear main seal.
• Exhaust and cab support: BD exhaust manifolds replace the selected factory manifolds; S&B cab mounts replace worn cab-support components where offered.
• Sensors and other year-specific parts: available choices include the Motorcraft crankshaft sensor and fuel injection pressure regulator, MAP/MAF sensors, oil cooler, transmission cooler and flywheel. Use the selector for the exact options offered for your year.

Will this add power?

Fuel supply, airflow and cooling upgrades can support a properly matched performance build, while replacement seals and sensors address maintenance or diagnosed faults. This package does not have a single horsepower rating: results depend on the parts selected, turbo, injectors, calibration and condition of the truck. Tuning and labor are not listed as included components.
