This configurable reliability package brings together parts for common 6.0L Powerstroke starting, oil-system, fuel, cooling and turbo-control problems. It is designed for owners refreshing several systems together, with separate options for injectors and deeper engine work.

Choose your year and package contents

1. Review Complete Package – Remove Parts You Already Have. The base component list starts selected; remove the parts you do not need.
2. Complete Select Year. The selector offers 2003–2004 and 2004–2007. If your truck is a 2004, confirm the engine build date and oil-system configuration with PSC before ordering. Early and later HPOP, standpipe and oil-rail arrangements differ.
3. Select Yes or No for the optional injectors and other engine upgrades. Review the configured price and selected contents before adding to cart.

What the base components do

• High-pressure oil system: the HPOP, ICP sensor, IPR valve, one-piece welded standpipes and DIESELSITE oil-rail nipples address the pump, pressure control and sealing points that support injector operation. Internal oil leaks can contribute to hot no-starts. Standpipes and rail parts must match the engine configuration; they are not universal across early and late engines.
• Fuel supply: the FASS No-Drop system adds fuel delivery and filtration. Follow its installation instructions for the tank pickup/strainer arrangement; installation work is not a shipped component.
• Oil and coolant temperature control: the oil cooler and heavy-duty water pump replace the corresponding cooling-system components. The BulletProof EGR cooler option serves trucks retaining the EGR system.
• Injector electronics and cold starting: the FICM, glow plugs, both glow-plug wiring harnesses and the selector's glow-plug switch option address injector-control and starting-system components.
• Turbo control and charge air: the VGT solenoid, KC intercooler, S&B cold-side pipe and Alliant EBP sensor address turbo actuation, charge-air cooling, piping and exhaust-pressure feedback. Verify the VGT wiring during installation.
• Sealing: valve-cover gaskets replace the selected covers' sealing components.

Optional upgrades are separate from the base package

• Stock replacement injectors: add these if required for your repair. Confirm any applicable core requirements before ordering.
• KDD heads, head gaskets, ARP 625 studs and full gasket kit: a separate option for a more extensive top-end repair or build.
• Lifters and Stage 1 cam: separate choices for a build that already includes the necessary engine disassembly. Confirm compatibility and installation scope with your builder.

Will it fix my truck or add horsepower?

Correcting a failed oil-pressure, fuel, cooling or air-system component can restore starting and lost performance. Selecting the package does not diagnose the fault or guarantee a horsepower increase. Head work, cam selection, tuning and the condition of the engine determine the needs of a performance build. Professional diagnosis and installation are recommended for the internal-engine and high-pressure oil work.
