6.0L Powerstroke EGT Reducer Package

This package is designed to improve airflow, exhaust flow, turbo response, and overall efficiency to help reduce excessive exhaust gas temperatures under load.

Package Includes:

1. Turbo Time Lightning Bolt VGT Solenoid
   Designed to improve turbo response and vane control, helping the turbo react more consistently and potentially reduce EGTs under certain operating conditions.
2. Odawg Intake Manifold
   Improves airflow distribution into the cylinder heads and helps reduce intake restrictions.
3. KC Turbos Intercooler
   Helps reduce charge-air temperatures, delivering cooler and denser air to the engine.
4. Banks Cold-Air Intake
   Improves incoming airflow and reduces intake restriction compared with the factory intake system.
5. BD Diesel Exhaust Manifolds
   Improves exhaust flow and helps address common restrictions and reliability issues associated with the factory manifolds.
6. Up-Pipes
   Helps improve exhaust flow to the turbo and reduces the possibility of exhaust leaks that can negatively affect spool-up and EGTs.
7. KC Turbos Balanced-Assembly Turbo Kit
   Provides improved turbo performance, airflow, spool-up, and efficiency compared with a worn or restrictive factory turbo assembly. This product requires advanced mechanical knowledge to install. If you do not have experience rebuilding turbochargers, do not include this item in your EGT Kit.

DISCLAIMER: Custom tuning is not required for this package. We recommend using the factory PCM calibration and stock tuning with the Lightning Bolt VGT Actuator. The actuator is designed to optimize VGT vane response without requiring custom vane-position tuning and may improve turbo response and help reduce EGTs in many applications.
