This pump is the best compromise for those wanting to upgrade from stock, but may not want to upgrade turbos or intercool immediately. Best suited to be used with a boost and pyrometer gauges, this pump works perfectly with an otherwise stock powertrain. This pump makes 90cc fueling flat across the entire rpm curve, reducing egts compared to other 90cc pumps which typically run 10cc more peak fuel than hp fuel, creating a smokier, hotter running pump for the same amount of produced power.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e-Current lead time for this spec CDD injection pump is 3-5 weeks.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAll Classic Diesel Designs' DB2 injection pumps are built to and exceed oem specification. Most cheaper rebuilds ream out this bore and fit a larger piston, but this is just a temporary fix and soon the hydraulic advance will be out of spec, resulting in a lack of power, high egts and a smokey exhaust. Our solution is to mill out this bore and install a ceramic sleeve.
